Modular Strut Channels — YE Series (Single & Back-to-Back)
Cold-formed from Q235B steel (GB/T 700), the YE series covers single channels from 21×41 to 72×41 mm and welded back-to-back channels up to 144 mm depth — in pre-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, epoxy-coated, stainless or zinc-aluminum-magnesium finish.
- Profile Range: YE-21 / 41 / 52 / 62 / 72 single (21–72 mm) and YE-21D – 72D back-to-back (42–144 mm)
- Wall Thickness: 2.0 / 2.5 / 2.75 mm, standard length 3 m or 6 m
- Serrated Groove Edges: effective shear, anti-slip and impact resistance; axial stiffeners increase bending capacity
- Verified Loads: axial compression up to 170 kN (YE-72D @250 mm) with published section property tables
Seismic Support & Pre-Embedded Cast-in Channels
Commercial & industrial MEP: lateral and longitudinal bracing for HVAC ducting, plumbing, electrical conduit and cable trays. Per GB 50981-2014, "all members of a seismic support hanger shall be prefabricated (finished) components" — exactly what the Qinyu YEZ system delivers.

Hot-rolled cast-in channels (YE-YMC 30/20, 38/23, 53/34) install fast in concrete and fully replace welded fixings — serrated teeth transfer load reliably and resist vibration and seismic loads, with corrosion protection for metro and utility corridor service.
