02
National-Center Mechanical Test Reports
Clamps, full-thread rods, channels and connectors are type-tested at the CNAS-accredited National Building Materials Test Center — published design loads you can rely on in calculations.
Tensile Strength Testing
Verified yield and breaking loads.
Load Capacity Verification
Safe working loads you can publish.
Strict Data Recording
Every batch traceable to a report.
03
Four Coating Systems & Corrosion Classes
Pick the finish that matches the service environment — from indoor dry (C1) to marine and heavy industrial (C5), per ISO 12944 corrosion categories.
Electro-Galvanizing
GB/T 9799-2011
Uniform, dense zinc deposit. Fe/Zn5, Fe/Zn8, Fe/Zn12, Fe/Zn25 layers (5–25 μm) selected by service life.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
GB/T 13912-2002
Centrifuged or normal bath; local thickness from 35 μm (small parts) to 70 μm+ (heavy sections) for long-life outdoor service.
Sherardizing (Powder Zinc)
JB/T 5067-1999
Zinc-iron alloy layer, HV 250–400 — outperforms hot-dip, electro plate and stainless in marine and heavy industrial atmospheres; no hydrogen embrittlement.
Epoxy Powder Coating
Salt spray ≥ 350 h
Static epoxy application, single coat 100–300 μm, anti-static and fire-retardant options for special environments.
04
