Seismic Bracing Connectors & Kits
Prefabricated anti-seismic connectors, adjustable hinges and diagonal braces for lateral and longitudinal restraint of pipes, ducts and cable trays — design loads up to 13 kN per connector, engineered to GB 50981-2014.
How the System Fits Together
A Qinyu seismic assembly anchors the building structure, braces the service load and restrains the services — every part is a finished component, no welding required on site.
- Structure side: building structure, seismic anchor bolts, single channels
- Connection side: anti-seismic connectors, adjustable hinges, diagonal braces, hex nuts
- Service side: cable tray, ducts and pipework held by channel caps, limit components, insulation clamps and P-type clamps
- Rods: full-thread rods with rod stiffeners for vertical hangers
Bracing Components
All connectors are Q235B steel (GB/T 700-2006) with electro-galvanized + sealant, hot-dip galvanized, epoxy-coated or stainless finish.

- Domestic water and fire-protection piping systems above DN65
- Duct systems with rectangular sections ≥ 0.38 m² or round ducts ≥ 0.7 m diameter
- Electrical conduit above DN60 and cable ladder / trunking / busway over 150 N/m
- Smoke-exhaust and emergency ventilation ducts and related equipment
Design covers three steps: hanger layout, seismic action calculation, and verification of braces, rods, connections and anchors.
